Corporate breakrooms and university lounges require constant replenishment. As a Vending Route Step Van Driver, you are responsible for executing the daily restock of snack machines, beverage coolers, and automated self-checkout "micro-markets." You will pilot a specialized commercial step van—often equipped with custom shelving and refrigeration units—to deliver fresh food, snacks, and drinks. Merchandising & Step Van Operations

• Walk-In Ergonomics: Utilize the step van's walk-in cargo bay to quickly pull highly organized totes of snacks and beverages, completely avoiding the back strain associated with crawling into standard cargo vans.
• Route Fulfillment: Execute a pre-planned daily route, navigating the step van to 15 to 25 commercial and educational locations to service their breakroom equipment.
• Physical Merchandising: Unload heavy cases of beverages utilizing hand trucks. You will utilize handheld technology to audit inventory, restock machines using strict "first-in, first-out" (FIFO) rotation, and ensure displays are visually appealing.
• Cash Handling: Collect cash boxes from traditional vending machines and perform basic, on-site mechanical troubleshooting.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age. You must possess a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and the ability to pass a DOT physical to operate commercial step vans. Extreme physical fitness is required; you must be capable of repetitively lifting heavy cases of water and soda (up to 50 lbs). A clean background check is mandatory due to frequent cash handling.
