• Winter Environmental Driving: Safely operate a right-hand-drive postal vehicle in adverse winter weather conditions. You must demonstrate extreme defensive driving skills, mastering braking and cornering on roads impacted by snow and ice.
• Relentless Freight Handling: The holidays require moving heavy, oversized gift boxes. You will manually lift, load, and carry packages weighing up to 70 pounds repeatedly, navigating icy walkways and crowded residential porches.
• Extended Dispatch Hours: The mail doesn't stop. You must be prepared to work extremely long hours, often starting before dawn and delivering well into the evening darkness using a headlamp to locate addresses.

Exceptional physical stamina is required to repetitively lift heavy packages and walk miles per day in freezing temperatures. A rapid-clearance background check and drug screen are required.
